Home Modification and residential repair services assist older people remain to in their homes by helping to adapt or repair the home to meet the needs of the older person who has physical problems, and to meet minimum sanitation, occupational, and safety standards.

Included are repairs and adaptive devices which eliminate barriers, such as a wheelchair ramps, bedside commode, tub or shower seat, door knob device, lever type faucets, and grab bars in the bathroom to name a few. Also, repairs which help allow the home to meet minimum sanitation, occupational, and safety standards, such as replacement of a hot water heater or broken door locks.
