- Choices for Care is a nursing home preadmission screening program.
- Flexible Senior Services are gap-filling services and devices needed by
eligible clients to remain in their own home.
- Home Again is an enhanced transition
project to transfer residents from
nursing homes to homes/apartments in the community.
- Homemaker
- Home Response Services are devices which alert someone when a client
needs assistance.
- Senior Companion is an employment program in Alexander, Johnson, Massac, Pulaski, and Union counties, only.
